Nature-positive engineering is emerging as an approach to tackle the complex risks threatening our communities and natural ecosystems.

This session, co-hosted by ICSI and Conservation International, highlights the importance of investing in nature-positive infrastructure to drive climate adaptation and resilience. It will explore how NPE can enhance the resilience of infrastructure itself, as well as the communities and natural systems that interact with it. It will also discuss the critical role of engineers, policymakers and investors in advancing ecosystem-based adaptation and implementing scalable, nature-positive solutions to address the complex risks of a warming climate.
