Objective

Provide technical support to enable the GCoM City Climate Finance Gap Fund (Gap Fund) to finance sustainable and resilient infrastructure

 

Action plan

  • Review Gap Fund purpose and structure
  • Provide recommendations on how to structure Gap Fund investments
  • Identify specific ways engineers can help cities build capacity/develop conceptual projects to advance for funding through the Gap Fund
  • Define action track intended outcomes
